Cancellation Policy

• Public bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and is payable at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required by 31st March of the year of your booking.
• If a booking is made after 31st March, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
• A refund, less the non-refundable deposit, will be made if the booking is cancelled before the 30th April of the year of your booking.
• Any cancellations after 30th April of the year of booking are non-refundable.
• Members must pay the full accommodation rate at the time of booking.
